The registration process for Walla Tag is:
- Team Managers / Organisers no longer need to separately nominate teams.
- Just agree on a name with your friends and use that team name in the Player Registration Instructions to nominate their team.
- If you are not in a team, you can use your birth year as the team and we will find you one. “YYYY NOTEAM”
- Team Managers – you need to register as well via the same process – just choose manager instead of player.
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE: 16 AUGUST 2022
Competition Starts: Friday 23 September 2022 and finishes on Friday 02 December 2022
Each team may register up to 15 players with only 8 players on the field at any time. Each team must have a minimum of 10 players registered to be admitted into the competition. Players can be substituted as per the rules. Only registered players can take the field.
Costs: The registration cost of $110 per player covers you for insurance, playing t-shirt, ground hire and a season of Walla Tag which is played on Friday Nights from 5:30 pm at the Bernie Mullane Complex in Kellyville. Active Kids vouchers are accepted
Age Groups for Walla Tag
The Age Group is based upon the eldest person in the team. Girls are allowed to play in an Age Group one year younger, ie if the girls are born in 2007 they can play in the U13 Competition (instead of U14). If you have an older player/s in your team, then the whole team needs to play up an age. Competitions are worked out based upon players ages within teams.
